Each group coaching session requires everyone to take part and contribute. The sessions typically last around 45 minutes and are best conducted when time is not a challenge.
Unlike most NLP Coaches or wellbeing practitioners, every person takes part in a short consultation prior to attending the group coaching sessions, plus we all have tasks to continue our learning beyond that time.
We dedicate this time not only to better understand individual goals but also to tailor our discussions to the individual and collective needs or capabilities of the team.
Media literacy, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence, are needed more than ever in an age is misinformation and the post-fact era of politics and society....but perception is reality!!
