Working hard to maintain positive mental health is exactly that - hard work.
I completed Mental Health First Aider training in order to continue building on my personal experience and knowledge. Having known so many people that have fallen through the social care cracks it is nice to have this additional awareness and understanding of those around us.

Confidential emotional support: typically during daytime hours
Mental Health Support & Black Dog Campaigners: 4.30pm – 10.30pm
Focused on men experiencing negative thoughts: 5pm - 12am
For 35 years and under experiencing suicidal feelings: 9am – 12am
