During the first 12 months I mentored more than >100 individuals in 1-1 remote sessions, plus group workshops, helping achieve lasting developments of mindset and career.
Just having someone to speak with and share lightens the load. For me, it enables me to reflect on things properly because just saying it out loud can be part of the process of making a change and healing.
It is sometimes easier to share and shift perspective with a person you can trust, is objective, and will not judge you. That's why coaches have coaches, therapists have therapists, because we recognise the benefit of having support and an opportunity to speak openly.
Only through honest and open discussion can we work to find solutions which we will do for 6 weeks after an initial consultation, with an option to renew for another half dozen 1-1 coaching sessions.
Whether it be over Zoom and the phone or in person, we will work together to create an individual plan and objectives to help imbed lasting improvements for your work and personal life. We will strip back bad habits and distractions which are burying your potential.
No one is right all the time and the key is to be openminded and have mutual trust in finding the best solutions for the goals which truly matter. Each meeting will last 60 minutes and will suit your work and personal commitments.
We will take the learning and not the negative emotion from our past crappy experiences to make lasting change and get out of this loop of self destruction and doubt. Using NLP coaching, timeline therapy, hypnosis, and a common sense approach based on our collective experience.
Ultimately I will listen and challenge you to do better, set tangible goals, while creating and sharing tools to help you achieve the things you want to, whether that be kicking a habit, transitioning in to a new career, or simply struggling to keep your head in a rapidly changing world.
You are doing great with the resources you have and we'll simply expand those.
Life and NLP coaches often seek to create a level of dependence and the assumption your life needs fixing is plainly wrong! We are not a replacement for therapists or a proper support network.
